Why is gratitude important for children?

 

Practicing gratitude can improve your child’s sleep, optimism, create better relationships, lessen stress as well as reported anxiety and depression. Gratitude also fosters generosity and reduces materialistic tendencies. Practicing gratitude daily has been shown to help kids cope better with difficulties in life.
